PHX-Series可编程交换直流电源供应器,全系列包含16个主要机种,电压及电流涵盖从30V/200A 到 1000V/12A,其单机的输出功率从6kW至12kW,为了满足更多使用者高功率输出的需求如:车用启动马达、电动车辆(EV)及混合动力车(HEV)用电池模块,PHX-Series 搭配同电压的单机进行Master / Slave的控制,因应更高输出功率的需求,PHX-系列机种提供10组并联操作模式,因此本系列机种在并联后的*大电流输出范围可达4000A(Example: PHX 30-400S(F)C的机种*10台)。
PHX-Series可编程交换直流电源供应器的设计是用来满足当今在电源半导体组件或是电源行业所使用之零件在高速应用下对V-I 特性曲线测试的需求,如车用的启动马达(Starter Motor)、混合动力电池模块和功率半导体组件等,在半导体电路设计、电源模块设计及产品检测经常需要使用快速斜率控制的电源供应器来验证其电子零件特性,因此PHX-Series可程序交换直流电源供应器,其内建可调上升或下降斜率,用户可按产品各别的特性进行上升及下降斜之参数设定,以确保产品验证之周延。由于绿能等应用之兴起及日渐普级化,LED组合而成的产品应用非常广泛,因应LED产品其电源导通瞬间所产生的突波,PHX-Series电源供应器的定电流(CC Priority)优先权模式(此为选购件),可以让使用者在测试时将电源供应器设定在强制定电流模式下动作,以抑制突波的产生。
该电源系列包括16个主要机种型号如下,涵盖二个不同的输出功率, 分别为6kW及12kW,使用者透过并联操作时,可将机器的总体输出功率提生至120kW( 范例: PHX 30-400FC* 10 台可提供120kW)
